2. Appointments & Cancellations
Appointments must be scheduled in advance through our official booking system. We require at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling requests. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee as outlined in our current pricing guide.
3. Pricing & Payments
Pricing for our premium cleaning and pool care services is calculated based on the scope of work and site requirements. Payments are due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed. We accept major credit cards and electronic transfers for your convenience.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing safe access to the premises and the pool area at the scheduled time. Please ensure pets are secured and any high-value items or sensitive areas are identified to our team prior to the start of the service.
